This beef bundle includes: 
20 lbs of ground beef (1lb packages)
4 beef roasts (approximately 3lbs each)
2 packages of NY strip or ribeye steaks (2 per package)
1 package of sirloin steak
1 package of cubed round steaks or flank steak
1 package of shank/soup or stew meat
2 packages of all beef franks (4 per package)
2 pounds of beef short ribs
