This beef bundle includes:
12 lbs of ground beef (1 lb packages)
4 roasts (approximately 3lbs each)
1 package of NY strip or ribeye steaks (2 per package)
1 package of sirloin steak
2 packages of short ribs
1 package of shank/soup or stew meat
 
All packages of meat are vacuum sealed.
