This beef bundle includes:

9 beef roasts
1 package of brisket (approximately 5lbs)
1 package of filet steaks
6 pkgs of NY strip or ribeye steaks
3 packages of sirloin steak
4 pkgs of cubed round or flank steak
        2 pkgs of beef short ribs
5 pkgs of shank/soup or stew meat
4 pkgs of all beef franks (4/pkg)
2 pkgs of all beef meat sticks
 
All packages of meat are vacuum sealed except for the 36lbs of ground beef.
